🌶️ OXO Good Grips Squeeze Bottle Set for Chefs Review

Really great product for storing oils and other ingredients. I bought these to make some cool pancakes for my son but after reading the reviews I decided to use them for oils (olive oil and regular oil). The oil is easy to squeeze out without messing up the oven and it is very easy to clean. I will be buying two more sets for my original plan and another one as a gift to someone who really liked it. Great buy, would recommend!

I use a small soap bottle by the sink. This is great because it doesn't drip out of the lid when you squeeze it. Properly sized nozzle for semi-thick liquids such as soap. The filling hole is also nice and big. The flip cover is not that important to me, but it also works very well. I made a small 3D printed wall mount for a small bottle that also keeps it off the counter. Couldn't be happier with this product.

I bought this to use with my canola oil cast iron. Pouring oil from a container has always been difficult as you either add a drop or two to the pan or too much. This little bottle gives you great control over how much oil you can pour into the pan. The small lid looks a bit wobbly at first glance, but actually works very well. You just open it with your thumb, spray it with oil and close it again. I love it.

I didn't think the standard juice/sauce bottle could really be improved, but somehow they did! Strong, durable design for the bottle body (not the usual flimsy flimsy out of shape plastic). The lid consists of two parts: a spout with a lid and a fastening screw. The spout portion is inserted into the neck of the bottle and the screw portion is screwed onto the outside of the neck. While it doesn't flow like ordinary squeeze bottles, even with oil. Very satisfied!

Please note that the product description for each individual bottle on the OXO website and here on Revain is a lie. Individual bottles come with a narrow tip only. The only way to get a wide nozzle is to buy a $10 set of 6 and 12 ounces. An OXO spokesperson explained that they have no other way of getting the wide nozzle and have no plans to sell it separately. The bottles themselves have a narrow neck by default, making it difficult to pour the contents into the bottle and clean it.

Really good quality bottles! I'm using one for my butter right now and will probably fill it with ketchup or something medium sized. The lid design on these things is amazing. Make sure you pull it back far enough to hear a click/snap to avoid spatter. Unfortunately, my bottle had a few external scratches, but that's not a problem. No leaks and it seems really sturdy! I ordered these to add Biggby Chocolate Syrup to my coffee drinks. The 64 ounce container wasn't good for controlling the flow of chocolate into my coffee.
