🥄 Efficient Mixing: OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Sauce & Gravy Whisk Review

I really like this whisk, the shape is very practical, gives the best result in a few seconds, whether the eggs are clean or with sauces, etc. I wish there could be a slightly larger model be available for use with larger bowls.

I started with a smaller version of this whisk, I fell in love with the design and the comfortable handle. With the traditional whisk, I've also left it in the ridges of pots and pans. This style and size hasn't let me down when it comes to eggs and sauces.

I used this last night to prepare a dressing for an enchilada sauce recipe. It worked surprisingly well. I like that the head is a bit flexible and not just stiff. I could get caught in corners. But it's not so flimsy that it wouldn't scratch favorites off the bottom of the pan. A few pieces of onion got stuck in the spiral, but came out immediately when I tapped the edge of the pan with the whisk. I put it in the dishwasher with no problems.
