It's very thin and flexible, which is what we love about it.

Don't buy it like a regular spatula. It is very thin and can only hold light products. Not suitable for roasting, chopped vegetables or meat. We mainly use it for scrambled eggs, small pieces of fish and thin Swedish pancakes. It is very flexible and easily gets under the products. My only complaint is that the handle is held in place by two prongs that are either soldered or somehow glued to the back of the spatula and the joint eventually breaks. It may last longer if you wash it by hand, but

The best Sparta in the world.

It's like the best spatula ever. It bends like a rubber band, up, but not down at all. It uses the same principle we all know about paper, you bend it and it's strong, but only in one direction,... Up! Also, not only is the handle glued or screwed on micro rivets, but the forks of the handle also seem to be welded, or there's also a cool silicone handle or something... Even with a hole in the handle for hanging, which I don't have , but there is if you do it. The thickness of the blade is just…

Updated: Broken [Best Flimsy Food Spatula]

[Updated Review] Our spatula broke after 9 months of use. We used it and hand washed it at least once a week. 9 months or about 40 uses and washes is incredibly short for a kitchen tool. Considering our last one broke after 5 years, I'm willing to give OXO a split rating and maybe another chance. As for you, I'd like to consider how much you're going to use this and approach the purchase with my eyes wide open that it could be a multiple purchase. [Original Review] The best spatula for turning…

Good idea but not really easy or good

I was looking for a thin metal spatula to replace my old excellent spatula that is thin, turns delicate food but at the same time is hard and can scratch pan if needed . When I found this flexible spatula I thought it was perfect. Turns out the flexibility isn't great, as the only way to get it under eggs or pancakes to flip them is to apply pressure and flatten the blade. By clicking on it you should try to move it under the food. If you let go a little, it curves again, and now the food you…

Know how to use it! It's great, but it's not magic.

Great little fin. I only use mine to flip eggs and bacon. Remember this is not a spatula! Its extremely slim design is intended to be flexible enough to get under everything. The thickness of the blade is about 1/3mm, so it's not very good for cutting or separating things, except maybe something like scrambled eggs. The spatula is bent or not strong enough to cut food. These people are IDIOTS and I wouldn't trust them with a stapler. It's a gymnast, that's all. The reason it's curved is that if
