Amazing network filter. :)

Very cool product, I can see how much power all devices plugged into this surge protector use. It comes with a lot of features that I don't even know what they are for, but it's cool, I'll check it out later. It also has a long output cable, which is very handy when you have a port that isn't close to your devices. Amazing network filter. :)

Pros
  • 10 outlet design
Cons
  • Not bad but...

I really hope it's broken

If it works then this thing is super unintuitive and useless as a power meter. I turn it on, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't, it turns on after about 30 seconds and beeps softly for a while, then turns off again. Then after a minute the light comes on and it works as per the instructions. until I plug EVERYTHING into it, then it turns off and on again from time to time. Garbage.

Pros
  • Measures amps, watts, pF and leakage current
Cons
  • So far so good

very small screen in Accessories and Consumables

Product too expensive, I already have a previous version of killawatt products. I'm disappointed. Too small screen. But as other people have said it never turned itself off even when running 1 server, 2 displays and 2 laptops. but the buttons were too soft, I accidentally touched them, and boom, everything worked. I can avoid it but I'm really disappointed with the screen size as I like to watch while reading from time to time. Is there a way to turn on the LCD backlight so that it's always on?

That's cool. Now I can control exactly how much to use.

This is amazing. Now I can control exactly how much my tanks are consuming and plan my movements better so I don't overload my circuit or maybe draw the right conclusions about energy consumption. Much more convenient are single-source devices that plug directly into an outlet. I don't use all the features, just watch my strength as I add ingredients to the mix. It's easy enough to press the power button with your foot and quickly light up the results to see what's going on. If available, get…

Cheaply made, abnormal voltage shutdown is too sensitive.

: After less than 6 months the device stopped working. As soon as you plug it in, it starts beeping constantly (even if nothing is connected to it) indicating that the input voltage is abnormal and nothing is downstream. Stay away from this electrical abomination. The power consumption information this device provides is useful, but overall it feels cheap. When you pick it up, everything seems empty and the sockets won't connect unless you wiggle it and try hard. The sag/swell cutoff, while…

  • Displays max/min volts

  • There are other interesting options. UPDATE

For me it was a great unit

I have owned this unit for several years (2014) and have had no problems with it. Even if it got into the rain when turning on the devices. It did a fantastic job of protecting all connected devices from power surges or surges. It's great for checking power consumption to estimate costs or if you want to know the power consumption of specific devices. It keeps usage statistics in memory until you reset it manually. Unfortunately, there is no way to collect or export this data. However, since it

Rugged, lots of ports, easy to use but lots of false bugs

to use on my desktop for various power measurement needs. Unfortunately, plugging it into any outlet in my office results in an instant beep as it detects a loss of power even when nothing is plugged in. My entire office is connected to a large central uninterruptible power supply, so I was worried about an electrical problem. When an Eaton UPS technician stopped by for a periodic check, he made sure everything was within tolerance using Fluke's slicker gauges. computers inside. I can connect 5
