The Drawing Tape is specially designed to tear the paper without tearing the paper fibers. This tape has perfect adhesion for the job and the roll is big enough.

I use this tape to secure the edges of a watercolor card while painting. It is strong enough to stick on but can be easily removed without damaging the paper.

Best tape I've found for watercolor paper so far. It holds the edges well enough, doesn't tear the paper when removing. Also suitable for acrylic.

I bought this for my watercolors and it works great! The paper doesn't ripen at all when I take it off. I ended up using it to glue other things together and the adhesion isn't very strong but it does the trick in a pinch.

I knew this material from drawing classes in high school, but I've only recently started drawing drawings for homemade furniture and I'm trying to save on masking tape. Big mistake. This tape is perfect for sticking to the surface of my board but is easy to peel off when finished. A good thing!

I gave this product a MODERATE adhesion rating because that's what it was designed for. I use it to create a border around my colored pencil drawing and then remove it when the drawing is complete, leaves a nice crisp borderline as intended. If you want strong adhesion, you need PAINT TAPE, not PAINT TAPE. The sign tape is designed to be easy to attach and then easy to remove. This product is excellent and I highly recommend it.

I didn't remove any stars. My misunderstanding of what a "drawing tape" is is on me. I was hoping to use it as label tape. Stick to paper or mechanism, write on it, but remove it easily. The glue part is ok. However, the tape itself cannot be recorded on it. And it's translucent, I was hoping for something white and opaque. I'll add this tip in case anyone else makes that assumption. This is not a very effective low tack label tape.
