User testing and feedback welcome as always

I like that we are able to access our historical records for billing purposes in real time so there is no need or delay with obtaining information when needed! The interface needs some work still but it's getting better each month!! Not much yet - would be helpful if you could see your account balance at any given point during an outage event which was not available previously (i think this has been addressed recently). It should also have additional features such us being notified via email…

Pros
  • No more manual data entry, copy paste from excel sheets into PDR portal page then upload as image files before finally creating invoice.
Cons
  • Not bad
