I would NOT work out in these shorts due to the soft material. However, these shorts are perfect for relaxing. They are so soft, fit well and have a high rise. Very little compression and they don't dig into your legs. Will buy another set.

I wish I could love them but they roll up my thighs so much every time I sit or move. They are so transparent and don't stay in place. I have heavy buttocks and thighs and small ones fit perfectly. I just hate that they keep rolling up a few inches and have to lower them every time I move.

I bought these because I needed new yoga shorts. Two stars because the material is very soft and stretchy but VERY thin. The seam runs straight at the front and has no crotch reinforcement; hello camel toe! It also doesn't seem like this material hides sweat, especially with lighter colored shorts.
