Tactical Plastic Pack with Enhanced Breathability Review

Bought 3 of these and they are pretty good. I like that they are all plastic so they don't scratch or pinch your waist like metal with sharp edges. I also like the included elastic strap. The strap is durable and will not "fold" on the waistband of pants/shorts. The buckle seems to hold the band in place. It takes a while to figure out which path is inside and which is outside, but it turns out pretty quickly if you can't pinpoint it. Ha!

Update: I was an idiot cutting them off. The buckle can loosen the strap and you can cut it off on the side, which doesn't have to be perfect because it's hidden. I wish the "extra belt" rubber bands were made of something more durable as they start to rub. I still love these belts and would buy them again. Great price for a decent product so overall good value for money. The fabric is durable and looks good. It was a little tricky cutting and burning the ends to get the right length and look good. You will need good sharp scissors or a razor blade to cut and then a lighter to cauterize to avoid wear and tear. My biggest criticism is the buckle design. Not sure what they mean but these buckles suck. It's great that you can use it to get through airport security without removing your belt, but keeping your pants up is no compromise. I've already replaced the buckles with a worn and all metal version as the compression ports don't stay closed on them. The problem is that there is no insulation between the belt end and the belt face. This design needs rethinking. However, 2 stars for the quality of the belt itself. no abrasions. beautiful, thick
