Terrible. malfunction. I can control the volume with the controller. I hear beeps when the connection is established, but music doesn't play through the headphones. I connected the cable to my iPhone and my phone mistakes it for Bluetooth headphones. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This is a bootleg. They don't work properly and say "Baets" when you plug them in. The volume control doesn't work when playing music and stays on all the time. It cannot be switched off and cuts our ears. If you turn it down, it turns back on at full volume. Useless

I have ordered these in the past and have been happy but have bought them again and only used new ones for the first time. The sound quality in one headphone is terrible, in the other it doesn't work at all. I'm out of the return window so I have to toss them in the trash.

Beeps very loudly when it's on or connected to the phone, so it hurts the ears when the headphones are plugged in when the phone is connected. They also don't connect automatically when you plug them in. And finally, one set broke on first use. The cable came out. cheap product

Well these two Lightning headphones come at a great price, you definitely get what you pay for in this particular case. Both headsets failed after the first 10 uses. One stopped transmitting sound and the other stopped transmitting speech. Not happy at all, but lesson learned.

The first thing that struck me was how ridiculously fragile they looked when taken out of the box. I was only able to use it for a few minutes because the slightest tug literally broke the protective coating on the wires exposing the inner wires. Spend a little more and get the best pair of fake apples!

At first I thought the device wasn't working properly, but one day my daughter (for whom I brought a second lighted pair of headphones) put hers in and said they work fine. We both found that these headphones use Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone and the sound quality was amazing, with surround sound bouncing and hitting my ear. Now the noise-cancellation isn't the best because it wasn't the main feature, but it does muffle outside noise. I still love these headphones and would buy them again.

Rave reviews. I doubt a buyer would give these "headphones" more than 2 stars. 2 banks and one string have better sound quality than this one.
