💡 F8T5 LED Direct Replacement Pack Review

I wasn't sure if they would work so I bought regular fluorescent bulbs just in case. But I like these guys with LEDs even more. Nice bright light, a little pinker than a little yellower than fluorescent. The installation is similar to fluorescent lamps. I can't say anything about durability yet, because it's still too early and fluorescent lamps also last a long time. But they are constantly under kitchen cabinets, so I want to change them even less often.

At first I thought I bought the wrong size because they seemed too big for the lamp. But in reality, all you had to do was gently spread the handles on either end of the lantern and insert this lightbulb. The light is bright and pleasant, more like a fluorescent light or task light than the yellowish yellow you might want in a living room, for example. I am very excited to use the other three bulbs from this pack in our existing lights, but will wait until these bulbs burn out. I will revisit…

This was my 5th and final attempt at mounting 12" lightbulbs in the kitchen. I tried (twice) to order halogen lamps via the Internet - they all came to DOA. at the local hardware store, and about 75% of them were broken too. The LEDs, on the other hand, survived the shipping well (same delivery as the halogen). turn on and then come to the brightness, it's 100% when you turn on the light.
