We have bought knives from different stores on a number of occasions, ranging from good to cheap, but these are by far the best. Although small, it is very sharp as you see a good knife cutting and chopping vegetables.

They were recommended in a food magazine so I bought them. Wow, these 3 small serrated knives are very sharp and cut fruit and veg very well. They're small, so they need other knives to cut into larger chunks like melon and pineapple. Great addition to my knife block.

The serrated edge is VERY sharp (I cut myself unboxing). They are very good for vegetables. Cut the tomatoes without crushing them and make thin slices. Ideal for removing fat from meat. If you don't have enough steak knives, these will do too (just without a sharp point, but I eat dead meat so don't poke them anyway).

Love love love these knives. They are razor sharp and very comfortable for my small hands, although too small for my husband. They allowed me to accurately cut all the small, not very hard, vegetables and fruits. I wouldn't try them on large potatoes, winter squash, or pineapples as the combination of their small size and harder fruits/veggies can be dangerous. just buy another set.
