I use them a lot - Cutlery and knife accessories

The serrated edge is VERY sharp (I cut myself unboxing). They are very good for vegetables. Cut the tomatoes without crushing them and make thin slices. Ideal for removing fat from meat. If you don't have enough steak knives, these will do too (just without a sharp point, but I eat dead meat so don't poke them anyway).
