💡 Long-Lasting Pack of Q75CL Halogen Bulbs for Candelabra Fixtures Review

Too bad I can't buy just 1 instead of a pack of 4 as I only have 1 bulb as I hope the rest doesn't burn out and can be used as a spare one in my lamp dies. I had to buy 4 because Home Depot didn't sell them.

We moved into our condo six years ago and are just starting to swap out lightbulbs. We have these bulbs in many places around the house and have only replaced two bulbs. It was very easy to install and cheap to buy in bulk (4 packs).

Works well when screwed into socket. A manufacturing defect (a sloping glass insert at the base) made one of the 4 not fit in the nest). The price is so good maybe 25% failure rate is ok. The light quality corresponds to a normal warm incandescent lamp.

Built into a ceiling fan to replace halogen bulbs previously purchased at a much higher price from a large store. Good brightness and the first impression that they are qualitatively the same. Only installed for a few days so bulb life over time remains to be seen.

The base is slightly shorter and the ceramic base does not taper like in Revain's photo which prevents electrical contact in my light compared to the Phillips T4 lamp on the right sold by Home Depot . Extending the center contact of the lamp by adding a drop of solder provided functionality and so far the brightness and color have been on par. These bulbs may have worked by bending my light's center pins, but due to their location, that wasn't possible.

When you need a bright light this is what you need. It might not be the best idea for a bathroom. In the middle of the night, half asleep, you might wake up from the fear of being abducted by aliens. Our previous bathroom light was too dim and this one is too bright for the bathroom fixture. But you can clearly see the details.

Like many others here I did not receive the bulbs pictured on the shop page or on the box page . Also, I didn't even get 4 identical pears. They're still working; Base and performance match. 3 "C-20" bulbs are noticeably brighter than the same wattage Phillips bulbs I replace, while 1 mismatched "B-20" bulb is comparable in brightness to the Phillips bulbs too seems to be. The color temperatures correspond to my expectations. I literally missed the return window by a day so I'm sticking with…
