    Craft Treasure Chest

    We ordered this but there were 12 kids at the party and as there were 12 we only ordered one batch. Unfortunately 2 of them were hacked. We had to figure out where to buy 2 just before the party so all the kids had one to decorate. It was a bummer!

    later So you know that most of these chests are made of different grades of plywood? Yes, it's not plywood. They are actually made of wood. That way I can cut them out and not accidentally knock off the layers. Such a pleasant surprise. Also, the hinges and clasp aren't skewed like some I've had. They are suitable for small chests. I am trying to find more of this quality. I can only warmly recommend it to carvers.

    Did the job

    Bought to color in and give away as prizes for the kids Zelda birthday party. The lid on one of them was attached crookedly, but my partner removed the hinges and latch and easily fixed it for me. We removed the hardware from all the parts to be painted and then put them back together. They were perfect for a party. They're very small and obviously cheaply made, but the acrylic paint did a great job and they were easy to take apart and put back together. I made what I needed cheaply.

    Small but served its purpose

    I bought a pack of 6 and they all arrived on time. They are a lot smaller than I originally thought, but I should have read the description better. I hope my soda can comparison photos will help others make an educated guess as to how well they meet their needs. I painted mine to look like a treasure chest from the Kingdom Hearts series and I'm going to put a gift card inside for a friend. The quality of each box is pretty good, but some have small cracks or dents (the wood is softer to the…
