I've just moved and am looking for a strong packing tape. I needed a strong cone to connect the boxes. The description implied that this belt was heavy duty and suitable for moving. It was very uncomfortable to use, kept breaking and was very thin. I don't know what job it would be useful for.

This beautiful and wide tape makes it easy to seal boxes. It's actually too wide to fit in a standard tape dispenser and I wish it came with it (even just the cheap plastic circle you get in the mail). The backing of the ribbon is very thin, almost like cellophane, but it's not. stretch and give a bit so hopefully it doesn't get really brittle. The time will show.

I use a lot of tape to pack large boxes and I also use it to tape paper to boxes. I also use it to put labels on boxes. This is where I benefit the most from the 3-inch bandwidth. When attaching 4x6 paper mailing labels, I don't have to use too much tape. Using duct tape on my packages allows me to use a strip or two to secure the packages. I like the wider band!
