Good drawing paper for kids

I have a 10 year old who draws almost every day. It was the perfect package. The paper size is ideal to allow him to express himself a little more and to limit his old habit of sticking sheets together to get a reasonably large size. This amount lasted us for several months and he liked the quality of the paper as much as I did the low price.

Pros
  • Sale
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Half Size Architectural Print

I need this slightly adjusted size for Half Size Architectural Prints. This is ideal for everyday writing, but can be too easy for some, depending on their expectations. Just right for my purposes. I found a recycled paper stain on one sheet, but otherwise everything is fine. I was concerned that my flap or the corner would be crumpled upon delivery, but everything seemed fine.

Pros
  • Very Fast Shipping
Cons
  • Crumpled

Damaged by original paper packaging and delivered new.

Damn. The paper itself is generally slightly thicker than printer paper. But as you can see in the picture, a lot of paper was damaged in the paper companies' packaging department. And then dented on one end from the delivery that blew the whole air shield off when I opened the box. I wanted to make textbooks with thread binding. We have to find a way to balance them. You shouldn't come back. All in all, $21 for 500 sheets of 12x18 is a good buy.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

If you're looking for thicker paper, keep looking.

The paper is large but very thin. Imagine regular copier paper, but bigger. I was under the impression that a 47-50 pound paper would be thick (er) with a reasonable tooth, but I was wrong. But that doesn't mean it's completely bad in terms of price and quantity. There is enough space to draw here, which is a godsend instead of a good sketchbook, and you don't have to worry about running out of space soon or wasting it. However, the pen glides easily on paper compared to a thicker pen with more

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
