This peeler was a disaster! As my tests showed, it was so dull that it can hardly peel anything. I tried to peel potatoes and carrots, but it was a struggle for minutes. I ended up using my old peeler. The only good thing is that it feels sturdy in my hand. But that's about it. Don't bother wasting your money on this. There are definitely better options out there.

This is a nice knife but it's not very sharp. It's like a dull knife; it is potentially dangerous. I bought this for my home bar to peel citrus, but only used it a couple of times before I bought the OXO Y peeler which is MUCH better.
