Smaller, burns faster

I like this incense stick. It smells like a campfire or wood-burning fireplace without the sooty cleaning. I highly recommend it. This is my first time seeing fillers so I gave them a try. The sticks are shorter and smaller in diameter, so they burn faster and wobble at the base. From now on I will buy a box with burner base as I'm burning 2 to 1 that I burned before. The same wonderful smell that makes me smile.

  • Few competitors

Smell like sitting by the fire

Smell like sitting by the fire good price. A stick lasts a long time and I'm too strong to burn a stick with a hole, so I light it and walk around the house, and then I go to the sink when it gets too big and pour some water, to put it out and then I wanted to do it again and would love to burn something and light my fake wood fireplace and sit and watch the flame and play one of my many NATOHA TX Native American Flutes

  • Very good price

I love this incense! - Room Fragrance

This is my favorite scent so far. Glad to find it at Revain at a reasonable price. Smells very similar to wood and adds something our gas fireplace lacks. It burns well and ignites easily. Package arrives in good condition, no sticks. I use a wooden clothespin to hold the stick while it's firing and place it on a small plate. Works perfectly; sturdier than the small holders they sell, less mess and no possibility of heat transfer distorting the underlying surface.

Best not in incense

I lit these chopsticks and left them on the metal plate in the holder. They were not housed in a log cabin or in any way that might limit the oxygen supply. I got a nice hot glow on the stick and the whole end was red and it went out after about two minutes. I repeated to get the end to get well lit and heated and then I even lit it and let the flame burn and it went out again. Aside from dousing it with lighter fluid and defeating the purpose of these incense sticks, I doubt there's any way to

  • Decent performance

  • Crumpled

I'm not sure why I thought it smelled better than it actually does.

I have no doubt that these are pure natural balsamic pine needles dried and pressed. They are shapely, perfectly dry and carefully packed. It was Christmas time, I saw a news report that Paine's in Maine makes fir and cedar products, and I pictured myself sitting by a Christmas tree next to a roaring fireplace, sweet balm swirling around my head. And I know that real balsam fir doesn't smell like overly sweet air fresheners that vaguely mimic nature. sincerely. If you take a dry spruce branchโ€ฆ

Fire Smelling Incense

Over 20 years ago I was given an incense burner and some "Field" incense. A few years ago I found this thing again and was wondering where I could get more incense sticks. Only searching for something like "Cabin Incense Burner" showed that incense is still available. Since then I have purchased these refills from Revain several times. Incense smells like fire. It's not for everyone. Also a tip for those who complain about not being able to light an incense. This incense requires a little moreโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

So it's NOT exactly "campfire memories ", though. it's close enough!

For those of us old enough to go to Adventure 16 in West Los Angeles in the 1970's ----- you too may remember that glorious scent that hit you, as soon as you enter this door :) . I only have 1 "Campfire Memories Incense" left ---- and I'm definitely not going to burn it to see if "THIS" matches my awesome memory of what I was 5 years old , OR even with my memories of not "it" being too long ago (or so it seems). I'll probably save that "1 wand" for the day when I expect to die a natural deathโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quick Change

  • Almost Never
