I've used several gel lined socks and heel guards so I know what they should be. They were big and loose, very heavy because the lining is so thick you can't walk in them, so the non-slip surface is useless to them, and my main complaint is that my feet felt so rough when I put them on a workout. a few short minutes, they made my feet sweat terribly and I couldn't last more than 2 minutes, I've tried them about 3 times but they just felt awful. I like the concept but the lining is too thick.

I don't think I read the description or the reviews because I didn't expect that the gel inside is actually a gel layer. I just thought that the sock is usually soaked in a moisturizer. Well, these socks have a layer of gel on the inside and they look so funny when I put them on that I have to laugh. They're a bit uncomfortable when walking, especially when using lotion, so it's best to use them while seated for a while. But they definitely work and hold up to washing.

There are no words to describe this wonderful product. Your feet will thank you when you use them. I also bought for the family. I am so grateful for the health benefits of using it along with exfoliating and moisturizing my feet.

Softens the legs but a bit odd to wear. The gel feels cold and sticky and it can be difficult to walk in if your feet slip in it. Probably best to wear to bed. Easy to machine wash and then air dry inside out. Your feet will get a lot softer without marks so I would recommend them.
