Small easy to hold but not use. I wanted it because it is minimal while still being a smartphone but most importantly not skimping on battery. This Palm phone is an impressive device. The build quality appears to be excellent. It looks good and feels good in the hand. (Had to buy a case as it's slippery.) The screen is sharp and clear, very touch sensitive. I'm used to using the much larger iPhone XR, but it only took a little effort to get used to the touch points on the smaller screen. UPDATE: As of 9/2/21 these phones will no longer work on the AT&T network in the US so for now that's it Device pretty much useless (companion idea is awful.
