No return. Will have to send it back for repairs. Have good fire insurance

We bought these to replace a 20 year old Panasonic microwave expecting the same durability. Looks great, works as expected, 2 months. On a 3 minute cycle, the unit stopped heating after about 1 minute, although the fan might still be running. Then the smell of burning came and I switched off the device. After about 1 minute I plugged it back in and it immediately started sounding like it was working but there was no light on inside and the platter wasn't spinning. The top of the oven was so hot

Very quiet, easy to use, chic design, what else is there?

I read many reviews about microwaves before deciding on this model to replace my 10 year old GE. Didn't want too many presets, top browning, convection etc. This one fit the bill and was overall enjoyable. It actually works the same as my old one, so there's no learning curve. It's white on the inside, which I like, although the light only comes on when cooking. You can put up with that. As for hitting the power button multiple times to get the power you want as mentioned in some reviews, doesโ€ฆ

Good oven, a unique selling point and a few small negatives

I was very satisfied with the function of this device. One thing I don't like is the lack of light inside when the door is opened - the light is ON ONLY during operation - such a silly design decision. One unique feature that I think works really well and makes this oven stand out is the cook and reheat sensor. As I said, this works really well for me, but you REALLY need to read and understand the manual - many products require heating up or the addition of a few tablespoons of water for themโ€ฆ
