Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

I wanted to get a wide angle to the Olympus E-PL1 whale lens. I thought about Zuiko 9-18, but the toad was choking and I just wanted some kind of fix to save in size and weight. I began to stare at the fisheye, but when this lens was announced, I was tempted to purchase it. I sold the video pancake PZ 14-42, because it was infuriating that when you want to look at the pictures on the camera, it always unfolded, which was not required of it (it also eats batteries). I bought the lens…

Pros
  • - Compactness, weight - Wide angle EGF 24mm - Stabilizer - Pretty sharp
Cons
  • - It is difficult to remove the lens from the carcass, there is practically nothing to grab onto. - Mediocre aperture - Flimsy constructive! Due to the heat, the ring with the zoom numbers came off (it turns out that this is not an isolated case).

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

The aperture suits me, I usually shoot on apertures that give maximum sharpness, here it is 4-5.6, and other glasses are needed for bokeh and rooms. In the store, the price is inadequate in my opinion, but you can take acommpletely new one from the whale very cheaply. If it falls apart in a year, I will buy another one of the same. First shot after purchase

Pros
  • This lens is the only way to get a 24mm EGF for a reasonable price and in a compact form, while being sharp and without problems with autofocus. And it doesn’t limp hellishly on Olympus, as 14 / 2.5 does.
Cons
  • No manual focus. A 37mm thread will require an adapter, since most glasses in the mic are 46mm. It is necessary to correct the geometry when shooting in raw, but this is usually done in one click.

Good product, not disappointed.

Small, light, commpact and. awkward to switch. I bought it on Ebee, it’s cheaper than ours, they explain it by the fact that it’s a whale for Panas, and there are a lot of them in the states, so they dismantle and sell separately. Cheaper than ours, but more expensive than Kita Nikora 18-55. An ordinary whale lens, commpared with Nikon's 18-55 - Panas is better in assembly, but inferior to Nikor in resolution, distortion. These shortcomings when shooting in RAW arecomrrected in JPEG automatically

Pros
  • Includes 2 covers. The small folding pancake is one of the main reasons to buy. Sharp from an open aperture. There is a stabilizer - they write 3 stops. Resistant to rabbits. Autofocus is fast, accurate and silent.
Cons
  • To turn it on, you need to turn it from the transport position to the working time - and this is the time. There is no manual focusing, and in general, due to its smallness, it is inconvenient to use - it is difficult to remove or put it on, not to grab it. The lens hood is not provided in principle - there is nowhere to attach it. Chromatite is noticeable at the short end with a fully open hole. When shooting in RAW: very noticeable vignetting from F. R. 12 and a fully open aperture, gradually decreases as the hole is covered and the FR increases, but does not disappear completely; distortion: 12-very strong barrel20222222mm-heavy barrel; 20-25mm-weak barrel-shaped; 32mm is a minor cushion. Non-switchable stabilizer.

The product is average, Im not sure its worth the money.

Has pros: Small . Just generally small. Came complete with a camera, the client cannot be impressed like that. But it's convenient Got cons: Price. I learned that it costs 30,000 these days and my jaw almost fell off. I thought he had a red price of 10.

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

Went in a kit to the GX80, for some reason there was no rear lens cap and camera in the kit. The body feels like a toy, I'm still afraid to roll the ring, because. the mechanism extends with little effort, met reviews of a similar problem. Aperture, of course, is weak, but this is not a minus, this is a whale. Otherwise it would cost crazy money. Do not be afraid if something knocks inside, this is the stabilizer in the off state.

Pros
  • Lightweight and compact. Cutting.
Cons
  • Capture One does not have a profile for correcting distortion, although there is one for other m4 / 3 lenses. The mount in the kit version is plastic, I don’t know if this affects anything.

Not everything is so bad, but there are disadvantages.

Due to the large distortions, it is very difficult to photograph people with it. The lens is plastic. Only a bayonet mount and a superimposed corrugated ring for changing the focal length are metal. Made in China. After a year and a half of use, the focal length change ring fell off. It was kept on some kind of putty (something like a sealant in consistency). Underneath is the plastic body of the lens itself. I sealed the hole in the lens body with tape, which previously covered the ring, and…

Pros
  • Compact, lightweight lens (GM1 body + lens fits into a large pocket). Convenient range of focal lengths. Quite sharp in good lighting conditions. A small minimum focusing distance (about 15 cm at all focal lengths) - you can shoot easy macro. I didn't notice any chromatic aberrations.
Cons
  • Very large geometric distortions. You have to bring it into working condition in order to start shooting (in this case, the lens expands, approximately doubling in length). Large optical distortion at the edges of the frame, especially at minimum focal lengths. Not a very successful design of the zoom ring (more details in the comments). No manual focus ring. Dark for the room. Normal shots are obtained only during the day on the street.
