My phone worked straight away and is clearer than ever. The battery was inserted easily and delivered on time. Received on December 28th and ordered another on January 11th. not received nor received notification of what has been lost. Help me get another one

I ordered the description for my old Panasonic phone which I like very much. The battery I have is 850mah and this is stated in the description. They sent the one with 1000 mAh. I don't know anything about electronics so I'm a little concerned, could this be too strong for my phone and cause damage? I'm trying to decide if it's worth going back or not.

Ordered this battery to replace my Panasonic cordless phone. The description says it's 850mAh, but the battery that actually ships is 1000mAh, meaning it will last even longer when charged. Very happy with the product, the timely delivery and the fact that I can still use this phone thanks to this battery.

Two of the three batteries I received have stopped working and are meant to be recharged after only a few minutes of use - if that's for one of them. I bought them in March 2017 - we don't use them much as we mainly use our mobile phones but after only 5 months they won't charge or work. Very disappointing!

I bought this battery to replace the original battery in a Panasonic KX-TG2356 phone in September 2019. In mid-June 2020 the display stopped working, although there is a backlight and conversations are creaky/static. It's been 8 months. use. Couldn't find a warranty online so I called and CS kindly agreed to send me a new battery. Hope it lasts longer.

My Panasonic phones are so old I never changed the batteries. Seriously, they were 10 years or older and stopped making charges. I didn't know what to do, so I started pricing new phones. I really didn't want to spend $150 on a new phone that I only pay $4 a month for VoIP service. Then I realized I could change the batteries. I bought these, they came almost overnight, put them in the phones, let them charge, but I like new phones. Now they hold a charge for hours. I couldn't be happier!
