🍳 Panasonic NN-SN966S Stainless Steel Microwave Oven: Inverter Technology, Genius Sensor, 2.2 Cubic Foot, 1250W Review

Was a very good device until it died, less than a year and a half after I started using it. What a nonsense. There's absolutely no reason why a microwave shouldn't last 10 years or more; Planned obsolescence will not work on Panasonic as I will no longer be buying this brand.

Since I bought this microwave in August 2017 I have had to service it 3 times and the problem still persists. Panasonic forces me to send it back to the same workshops that send it back every time under different pretexts. It works a couple of times, then the power goes away. Bought to replace another microwave that died after a long life. It had a good range of functions and using the knob to set the time was interesting. Worked fine for 4 days then the time setting knob died. Without them, the microwave is practically useless. Then I discovered that there seemed to be no way to contact Panasonic support over the phone and online chat was only available 8am to 5pm EST. That is totally unacceptable these days. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Inside this microwave is a tiny piece of cardboard, literally as thin as a sheet of paper, that cannot get wet. This part was destroyed after 1 month of use.
