I've used it 3 times already and I really don't like it. Pulls on the hair, especially when I remove the protection and trim the edges. It also leaves a rough surface on my beard. My beard is about an inch long. So I drop it.

The protective plastic cover was not removable for cleaning and once removed it was not locked making the product unusable. (1) looks like cheap plastic; (2) pulling the beard and not trimming it cleanly; (3) requires frequent greasing; (4) no charge indicator; (5) There is no edger unless you use a basic trimmer, but as mentioned, the blades don't cut well.
