Great little brush’s

Restrain of all our wood doors and molding. They worked great. Being a woodworker I will be them for additional finishing of projects

Pros
  • They were delivered in a timely fashion. They were exactly what I was expecting.
Cons
  • There may be other, more effective paint brush options available on the market at a similar price point

Works for my use. Sturdy and does not fall apart.

Works perfect for me. I make cutting/servimg boards with exotic woods. about 18 x 13 inches. After all sanding done, I can just use one brush to place a foodsafe varnish to do 4 or 5 at a time. Goes on very smoothly and evenly. No issues with them seperating or any problem. Sturdy with the light pressure needed to apply the stain. Then just toss. 40 cents and no clean up. Selling the boards anywhere from $60 to$90 dollars, so cost does not matter.

Pros
  • Works just like I need and I won't be running out anytime soon.
Cons
  • The brushes are not very easy to use with stencils or other specialized tools

Great for small projects.

I use these for staining wood. The 2” is my go to. These work fine as long as you don’t have a large surface to work on. They don’t last as long as some others that I have used.

Pros
  • So far, so good. Brushes held up for the project, staining. No tears or rips. Easily worth the money.
Cons
  • The brushes are prone to leaving streaks and uneven coverage, making your finished product look amateurish

Revainrating 5 out of 5

best for certain sized projects.

I like the brushes.period.I also bought 3 inch for a larger project.no more regular brushes for me. The foam material is not very heat-resistant, making it unsuitable for use with high-temperature paints or materials.

Pros
  • Meet the needs of my project.
Cons
  • The foam material is not very heat-resistant, making it unsuitable for use with high-temperature paints or materials

Great for all craft projects

I use these for lots of my craft projects. They are very sturdy and have never come apart on me. They are reusable. I rinse them out, let them dry and like new.

Pros
  • Great high density foam doesn't leave brush strokes.
Cons
  • The foam brushes can be difficult to control when applying paint, causing drips and spills

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cheaply made, foam is not very dense.

*changed from 1 star to 3 stars because I was able to return them for a full refund.I’m really disappointed in these. One of the reviews said they are the same quality as the store bought ones, so I was excited to try them. They are not even close to store quality. They fall apart really easily and the foam is much less dense. I went through 4 of them while applying one coat of polyurethane to a closet door.Picture - store bough brush is on left, this brush is on right.

Pros
  • Used for applying thick varnish. Would start to shed after awhile but just used a fresh brush.
Cons
  • The foam brushes are too flimsy, making it difficult to control paint application

Great deal for something disposable.

This is a good value. I do not reuse foam brushes, but am always in need for brushes for occasional use. For small jobs, this is something you should consider. The foam is firm and doesn't seem to soften when in use. I used a water-based sealant and foam didn't soak and stayed firm in order to reach places I needed to seal. The firmness of the foam should be more than sufficient for light to thick/viscous paint. The handle is sized well and makes it easy to use. There is a good plastic base…

Pros
  • these are great for applying stain and varnish. No issues with the quality.
Cons
  • The brushes tend to create a lot of mess and clean-up after use

Crafters Adaptable Friend

I wanted something to do several art projects and these can adapt to any surface and be used with various paints or other art applications. These were well priced and fit the bill perfectly.

Pros
  • I needed a small "brush" for some detail painting. This is perfect and is a "throw-away". Good price.
Cons
  • The pack only contains 25 brushes, which may not be enough for larger projects

Great value for the price

Work great for painting edges of pre-finished siding where you cut it (Smartside). Went through dozens of them, but very economical.

Pros
  • Used for multiple projects. No issues with paint or stain. Lasted as long as any other sponge brush.
Cons
  • The brushes are not suitable for use with oil-based paints or solvents

Just what I needed!

I go through a lot of these, and usually buy them at Walmart, but during quarantine, I wasn't going to go to Walmart just to get these! So, I was pleased to find these, at what I think is a comparable price to Walmart's and delivered to my door, so I don't have to go out! Thanks!

Pros
  • excellent quality and perfect for crafts
Cons
  • The wood handles can be difficult to clean, requiring specialized cleaning products or methods

Little Black Specks

A fresh brush to add the final layer, the poly coat to seal everything up, and the brush started disintegrating, leaving little black specks on my project. It was a fresh brush, and the final layer was quick, maybe 5 minutes total so it wasn’t like it was a big, time consuming project. How frustrating…

Pros
  • The foam brushes are great for painting the scenery on my HO model railroad. Like very much.
Cons
  • The brushes can create a lot of mess and waste in the paint mixing process

used to oil teak for my opinion

would last for about one piece and then start to split apart. was able to finish my patio set and two lounge chairs with less than one pack of these.

Pros
  • Simplistic easy to use
Cons
  • brush is fairly thin and tears when goes over rough wood. But plenty so can throw away torn ones

What happened? in my review

This is the second time I’ve ordered these 2” Panclub foam brushes and I was really disappointed when the new order came. These are not the same brushes that I got last time. The last brushes were super good quality that’s the sole reason I reordered from Panclub but the ones that just came are cheap garbage and I’m really debating whether to send them back or not. I definitely will not buy or recommend these crappy foam brushes!

Pros
  • The work great!! I use them for staining mostly on my woodworking projects. Thanks
Cons
  • The foam material is not very absorbent, requiring multiple coats of paint to achieve desired coverage

On the same job, I had two brands of foam brushes. One of them lasted the entire one side of a job. On the other side, I had to use a new brush every couple minutes. So, one side, one brush. Other side, 15 brushes. Total junk. Both brands looked the same, made of black foam. Actually, the better brush was a bit lighter black/grey.

Pros
  • Great products and service.
Cons
  • This product is so cheaply made that the handle snapped after the first swipe on the surface.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! - my new review

These brushes break down almost immediately on the edge and leave black dots all over your project. I was using one to put a coat of mod podge on a 1 foot square piece of layered cardstock. 1 brush did not last one coat - I tried three of the brushes, thinking maybe I just picked one bad one out to use. Nope - black specs galore on my light blue background. Just spent an hour scraping them out - which then messed up the mod podge, and thus - my project. So, I’ll have to basically start over…

Pros
  • Just as described
Cons
  • The small brush size can make painting larger surfaces a time-consuming and tedious process
