Ideal for pest control when you don't want to use foam. And steel wool is much softer than foam and certainly less noticeable.

This works well to fill in areas where mice come into the house, I live in the woods so we get mice here. I haven't seen mice in the house since I got this.

They fall apart and are not comfortable for the fingers. To use them without getting my fingers tingling, I place them on the bottom of the sponge, flip them over, and then use the soft side of the sponge to rinse the pans. I really didn't think there was such a thing as steel wool. The grocery store knows what they're doing and sells the perfect steel pan scouring pads! I've just noticed. It says SUPER GROSS. Poorly!
