This new formula is terrible. It flows, smells awful, doesn't foam. I feel like you need to use 3 times as much as before and it still doesn't work. If enough people complain about this new product I'm sure GSK will bring back the old formula.

Bought for my daughter. She loves it for her back and it works so I would give it 5 stars for its effectiveness. Unfortunately, it definitely bleaches colored towels, carpets and sheets. So buy some more white towels and maybe a white bath mat!

I've been using this for a long time, it recently changed its formula, it used to be much drier than the new version. I don't know why maybe the newer version ends faster so people buy more often? I will not be buying this again, once the bottle is opened the contents will spill out quickly, they should have used a shampoo type bottle for this watery new formula.

This new formula is terrible. They diluted it and now it's very runny. It has a sharp, pungent chemical odor. It doesn't foam like the old formula. And finally, it is very irritating to sensitive skin. I don't know why they decided they needed to "update" the formula, but it was a very bad decision on their part. I will definitely try another brand. Probably the "Acne-Free" brand.

My dermatologist recently suggested I try this product and I'm SO glad she did. This is literally the only thing that has helped me get rid of acne on my body. And I've tried MANY acne products, from natural and basic to very expensive cleansers, lotions, oils and sprays. I use it every time I shower and I've definitely noticed a difference since I started using it a few weeks ago. There are no new spots, old spots slowly but surely disappear and the skin does not dry out! It's a bit pricey but

4% is a little harder to find than 10%. I was skeptical about ordering from Amazon but they were sealed! I have acne on my chest and lower jaw. I only use this product in these areas. It can dry out if you apply it all over your face. However, I have VERY sensitive skin, so using it as a regular cleanser would dry it out. I love this product

This product dries out the skin due to the formula it was made with but I think it's just an attempt to get rid of pimples. I then apply a heavy duty moisturizer and my skin has improved A LOT with it. I have severe acne around my cheeks and chin and this has really cleared up my blemishes and reduced my anxiety. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
