this has made our life easier, no more keys to go through fumbling in the dark, no more worries about forgetting your key, you can change the code for a house sitter or cleaner ect. everyone should have one of these on their door, if your kids comie home from school while at work, no need to have a key hidden give them a entry code of their own

I bought this product and they refused to provide me with any customer service. I left messages on their machine letting them know that the lock was malfunctioning, not locking and I live in a city so was trapped at home until the issue was resolved. I let them know that my area was not safe and it was incredibly dangerous to leave my door unlocked when I went to work therefore not an option. I left over half a dozen messages pleading for assistance, each time I received their snotty voicemail…

I bought the unit back in February 2019 and the batteries still work have not changed them. Today is June 19, 2019. Four months with the same batteries.

I have to admit, this was not easy for me to install. But that being said, I also have never changed a lock before. I am trying to reach the seller. as I am missing the appropriate screws to install the inside door handle. The ones that I have in the kit are way too long and we cannot bypass the actual handle. Is there a way to get those two specific screws sent? Or am I missing how to do this last step? Everything else works fine, I just need to screw in the inside door handle. Thanks!

The product was good the first couple months then all of a sudden the lock and unlock buttons reversed. We had to start entering our code to lock it which was annoying.Then we realized you could put any code and press any button to unlock which is not safe at all.Now we have to buy totally new lock system… definitely going with a different brand. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Cheap. Clunky. Less-than-elegant on the inside — the deadbolt mechanical motorized mechanism is large. It does the job but I’ll have to replace it soon. I should have bought a quality KwikSet or similar set at Lowe’s. You get what you pay for I guess. I’d return it but it has installation scars so I’ll use it till it fails, which I’m sure won’t be too long. It’s defintiley not "lifetime” house quality.

Installed this on our new door. It worked for a few hours, then my wife went to leave and it wouldn't lock. The deadbolt physically would not come out, even when turning it manually or with the key. She of course couldn't leave, so I came home, took it all apart, and got it working again. Tested it a couple of times, and then the latch (where you open it from the outside with your thumb) snapped right off. This was all on the first day. We've had this installed for a few months now and we have had zero problems with it. It works great and looks very nice. It was a bit of a pain in the butt to install. We could not get the door knob off of the doorknob holder. The little pin that somes with it is awful. I had to fiddle with it for about 40 minutes before I could pull the knob out to instal the thing. I feel sorry for whoever comes along to replace it. It will be very difficult. But once it was on it was great.

I had no complaints against the lock itself, but I installed / tried to install the first on but spring on the lock was not installed or came off and made the bar that turns the bolt too short to engage the bolt. Also on the shaft on the bottom of the handle was glued at a bad angle and broke off when putting it through the hole that I drilled.I figured I would try again and ordered a replacement. I have had this installed for over a year. Really annoying having to replace the batteries so often. It also has a mind of its own sometimes it wants to work sometimes it doesn’t most of the time it doesn’t. The deadbolt will not lock with keypad, and now half the keypad stopped working. I have to say that this is a great set for the money. The only thing that they could improve is that the beep volume is really loud and not able to be adjusted from what I can see. I have mixed feelings about this, because I can now hear whenever someone uses the code to get in the house.which is good and bad! Also, when you first push a button it 'wakes up' then you hit the code in (at least that is what my kids tell me) to worry about my kids having a key. Otherwise this is a terrific product

Cheaply made, the holes and prongs were not in the right place for American doors--there was not disclaimer that the settings may not be right for all doors. I did not open it right away, had to wait for installation, so it was too late to return.

Easy to install and programNo problem with the installation and programming of the keys. There is a youtube video in addition to the printed instruction that was included in the package.The lock assemble adds to the weight of the door, which makes closing and opening a bit heavier. It's not a big deal, but it's something to note before putting this lock on.

UPDATE: After making a warranty claim the manufacturer replaced the inner door knob. Yay! It worked for 5 months and now the exterior door knob has failed. The thumb lever just snapped. This set is a piece of junk.Skip this lock due to inconsistent manufacturing. As others have said the lock/unlock buttons are reversed. The knob also arrived with a misaligned factory crimp on the handle, bending it out of shape and making it impossible to install. The color of antique brass is also somewhat…

The color is great! Love the look of the product. The door handles and keypad were a little difficult to install as I have a very thick metal front door. The door code was easy to set and the keypad is easy to use. The first few months were great but this week the door knob on the inside of the door slid right off I went to walk out my front door. I have tried to reinstall the door knob and if I turn the knob a certain way it doesn’t come off but if I turn it the wrong way it pops right off…
