Installed this on our new door. It worked for a few hours, then my wife went to leave and it wouldn't lock. The deadbolt physically would not come out, even when turning it manually or with the key. She of course couldn't leave, so I came home, took it all apart, and got it working again. Tested it a couple of times, and then the latch (where you open it from the outside with your thumb) snapped right off. This was all on the first day. I put on the old handle and shipped this piece of junk back. I already drilled the bottom hole for this one, so in finding a replacement I was really limited to the longer handles with an adjustable screw hole height. A big pain all around. AVOID.
