When you push the lock button it unlocks the door and when you push the unlock button It locks the door. They are backwards on all three that I bought

I am writing this review because this is replacement to the original lock i purchase and I am still having the same problem. At this point i just want some money back because it just is a bad product. The outside part of the lock has stopped working for second time and I can not use my front door to enter and exit my home.

This is a very nice looking lock. However, the person setting it up for me had challenges. Some parts were missing and the directions weren’t cleared. In addition, the code wasn’t set.
