Great Addition to My Arts and Crafts Collection

I recently added a new palette tray to my arts and crafts collection and it has proven to be a game-changer. Through trial and error, i found that the 20 cavity compartments are just the right size for mixing and blending different colors of pastels. The tray is lightweight, sturdy and easy to clean. The only downside is that it takes up a bit of space but that's a small compromise for such a helpful product..

Pros
  • Great size for mixing and blending, sturdy and easy to clean.
Cons
  • Takes up some space.

I expected a couple of key points from a product at this price point. Firstly, to work as a "palette" I expected it to be hard plastic. He's not tough. It's firmer than a supermarket salad basket, but not by much. I've included a video so you can see the plastic swaying in the air, as well as a picture of the entire palette so you can see it flexing just from the weight of the pastel. I'm sure that one day it will crack simply by being picked up. Second, I expected it to hold pastel colors…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
