I needed a little more titanium dioxide for soap making as I'm just a hobbyist a 1lb bag is the perfect size and economical choice for me. took quite a while and certainly beats the premium I paid for 4 ounce packs from a soap supplier. I keep it in a large glass jar to keep it fresh. It dissolves easily in a small amount of butter, I use a milk frother to make sure I mix it in well enough. I was very happy with the result, I get the right color without applying streams of glycerine and stains.

Giving 4 stars only because it claims it dissolves easily in both oil and water, but that's not entirely true. I tested the powder in both oil and water, mixed and shaken. It mixed very easily with water and seemed very smooth and we mixed but the moment I stopped stirring or shaking the powder started to settle to the bottom and within 10 seconds it was just cloudy water with residue . Powder on the side and bottom of the glass and cup. It took a little more stirring and shaking in the oil and
