We use this with our Tieline iMix G3 remote mixer and can stream our live radio shows back into the studio from almost anywhere on the Verizon network. And for Northern Michigan, that's a feat! Excellent value for money. Doesn't support any of the latest LTE bands that support UML295, but supports the rest of the LTE bands. Hard to beat for the price. Worked well with my Windows machines.

I had to "upgrade" my personal Alltel device. I never had a contract and didn't want one. I wanted to give 5 stars to this modem, UML290. It solved the intermittent dropouts I was getting and improved signal strength and signal/noise. Speed tests have greatly improved. I decided to buy a second one as a reputable cellular broadband reseller is charging almost 4x the amount for a REFURBISHED version. Pros: Have been using this type of card for about a year. Great upgrade from 3G. Lost the first card. The replacement card is of the same quality and worth replacing. Cons: Came from Revain without a SIM card and won't work without one. Verizon provides SIM cards for free. Sometimes the Verizon network drops these messages. I was told it was a random issue with Verizon's 4G network. I recommend. 2 bought. That speaks volumes.
