Please read the bad reviews first!

so you're not making the same mistake as me. This printer seems to have everything except that setting it up was an issue because I didn't realize I had to buy a new internet router because you have to plug a USB cable into the router. ok no problem spend 50.00 more (mind you I bought this because it was cheaper, I work from home and of course due to the economic situation I wasn't sure if I would buy it for a printer/scanner wanted to spend) . In any case, I was able to print over Wi-Fi the…

Great first impression

Received this printer today and am already very satisfied. I've spent many hours comparing Brother and HP printers only to come to the conclusion that the newer models aren't built the way they used to be and now have a chip so you just use their branded cartridges can use. Then I came across this brand and went. based on price and various reviews. There isn't much information out there about this up-and-coming brand, but they are definitely three major contenders. So far I have no regrets…

DREAM printer! Goodbye HP, CANON & BROTHER!

Works great, simple and clean design. Continuous. Simply unpack and set up. Before setting up CD WiFi, make sure the printer is turned on (since it will go into a sleep mode and turn itself off). Also, when unpacking, do not touch the small brown cork paper feed wheel even for half a second, otherwise it will get oily and stop feeding paper. Huge paper tray! Message to Canon, HP and Brother: They were all monopolists and got too big for their pants! All your printers and customer service people

PRINT EVERYTHING! NO TO CHEATING!

I'm tired of being scammed by big printers. If a typical junk company printer runs out of one color, say yellow, you're forced to buy another yellow, even if the printer is now set to only print in black. Why do I need yellow to print black? Oh yeah, because it's a SCAM! Buy yellow and in a month the printer will say the red is over. But red is not empty, it is blocked, HORSE! Buy a new red and soon the printer will say it's blue. How can it be from blue if I haven't made a color image since I…

Laser and cartridge printing - Laser printing - more economical

I've always had HP printers, I was tired of the cartridge running out at critical moments of research, presentation or study and bought this device midway through May 2019. I've been waiting to review this product to give a more critical/qualified review. Set it up on the first day of use. Even though my HP printer was removed from my system, my system kept downloading HP updates, which destabilized my printer. Clearing the HP information also seemed to cause some problems. Having never used a…

Works great on Linux Mint 19.1.

I am using this printer with Linux Mint 19.1. The printer manual and FAQ pages can be found online (a range, not a single model) and are very helpful to use. So far I've been able to print a high quality PDF (VERY fast!) and scan multiple high quality documents into a single PDF. Setup was pretty easy, just remove a bundle of blue tape, 2 pieces of orange cardboard and 2 "flags" with paper instructions to help you out, take out the ink cartridge (it's inside the printer), shake it, pull pull…

THE WORST PRINTER EVER!

I needed a printer for medical school so based on all the positive reviews I read about this printer I decided to buy this brand (bought and installed August 2019) . I used to use HP which is why I bought Pantum for the first time. What a horrible mistake I made! It's complete rubbish. The product is from overseas, so no one from customer service speaks English. The first issue, and it should be a registry flag for many subsequent issues. Every time my internet goes down, I have to reinstall my
