The most famous English company "Winsor & Newton" was founded in 1832 by William Winsor and Henry Newton. The company originally created paints and was located in London in one of the parts of the artists'' quarter. Today "Winsor & Newton" is a large world famous company with its own production, technical and scientific base. Winsor & Newton manufactures a wide range of high quality professional fine art products, including oil, alkyd, watercolor and acrylic paints, as well as pastels, pencils, markers, brushes, canvases and paper. Watercolor paper in postcard format from the English company Winsor & Newton is 15 sheets of 10.5 x 14.8 cm, 300g/m2, with a traditional postcard layout printed on the reverse side. The paper is of exceptional quality and affordable value, making it particularly popular with students, emerging artists and cardmakers who use large volumes of paper. The working surface is a neutral white, fine-grained (cold-pressed), considered classic and particularly suitable for creating spectacular watercolors. This paper is acid-free, non-yellowing, FSC-certified and archivable. Ideal for watercolors, but can also be used with gouache. Also suitable for working with acrylic, pastel and charcoal, pencil, ink and markers. Gluing.

Good value for money, I recommend it.

Not recommended for wet-on-wet work. In the rest, as a travel format for light watercolor sketches, in my opinion, it is very much the place to be. I put this block in my travel case With its pros: -Cute format, on the reverse side of the sheet there is a form for a postcard -The paint lays down brightly (both German schminke horadam and domestic white nights) With its cons: - The block falls off from the cardboard backing -Paper humps with an abundance of liquid, yet only 25% cotton
