My bird loves this hammock! She sleeps in it every night and it's insulated to keep her warm but has adequate ventilation. No chemical smell and good quality. I'm happy and so is she!

Four of my five Green Cheek Conures love this kennel. Sometimes they just play it and tweet to each other. Other times, the three climb in together to snuggle up and take a nap. It was a great price, wonderful purchase. I bought two and may order a third.

Update (1/28/21): My conure is all over this hammock, love it. I put a towel in the lower tunnel system and a bird tent on the upper level to keep warm this winter. [I wish I had preferred an imprint other than cats. As far as I remember there were no options.] (December 2020) So excited to try this out soon! The hammock looks pretty solid despite being almost the width of the cage so I might need a smaller size for my green cheeked (parrot) kennel. Cool tunnels for my girl; she will love it.

I bought this for my then 9 week old Conure to try to get him to sleep somewhere other than the bottom of the cage. He turns out to be 18 weeks old which was a false hope as he only sleeps next to me in the cat bed. :-P However, he prefers to play and sleep during the day when he should be in his cage. He likes that he has a second layer that he can climb into and just stick his head out. Hiding is one of his favorite pastimes. My 10 month old cockatiel has also started to show interest in her.

Update: I washed it once before use and he loved it. When I washed it the second time it seems broken and now I need to fix it. It also comes with dangerous clips, so replace or remove them. The metal loops look like a keychain so you can attach it to the cage that way. My GCC LOVES this hammock! He was so happy inside and could look out or poop in 4 different directions. My Green-cheeked Conures love this hammock. They don't use it for sleeping, but like to rest in the upper part and climb in and out of the lower "cave" part. I was disappointed to see the fabric was very different from the picture. The image shows a lovely deer pattern. When I received the bird hammock it was a more whimsical or childish fabric with cats and birds but not in the same colors although it still had a blue background.
