The staff was very helpful with my project for insurance purposes through multiple offices in NYC. They can be somewhat overwhelming at first but once you get used to them they are great! I like how easy it was for my staff members at our organization, who had little experience with clinical trials or research in general; they were able to complete their tasks without much difficulty using this software application! I have worked with them during an outbreak in Peru, specifically looking at how people could get tested for Hepatitis A/B and Zoonosis (dengue). They were very efficient at putting together a study that helped answer our research questions quickly and efficiently without any issues or problems from us. It was not as thorough as we requested but they did what we needed by helping design and run studies with minimal resources. The cost was reasonable too! Not great, but ok for this use case…

I worked with them in my last job for 3 years, they were great people who helped me get through some tough times at work! The only thing that i dislike was how we used their product; it seemed like there wasn't any room left over once you had all your data so no one could see what else might be done when using this software or if another client needed more space than yours did etc..
