Description of 🚴 TSI-1 Tubeless Bicycle Tire Sealant Injector by Park Tool: Boost Your Tubeless Ride!

Easy-to-use syringe-style injector for setting up and removing tubeless bicycle tire systems without making a mess. Injects sealant directly into mounted tubeless tires through the valve stem without removing the bead from the rim. Long, thin tube fits all the way through most Presta stems with removable valve cores. Oversized syringe body with easy-to-read gauge for precise application of sealant. Holds up to 100 cc (3.5 fl. oz.) of any injectable tubeless sealant.

A big improvement over the usual spraying mayhem

A very clean and easy way to sealant tires. My old syringe used a hose that slid OVER the valve stem that spat out at times and spewed sealant all over the place and the sealant wasted on the garage floor, the bike and me. Park Tool's refill tube fits into the valve stem and virtually eliminates any leakage or waste, and the syringe itself is well made of thick plastic. Worth every penny.

May not fit tubeless valve stems

I've needed this tool for a long time. While it's easy to pour sealant through a Stan-type injector, bottle, or directly into a removed bead, it's difficult to remove sealant when changing tires, especially if you want to reuse relatively fresh sealant. Unfortunately, the tube does not fit any of the tubeless valve stems I have tested so far, so the sealant cannot be removed from the stem. I tried a combination of Stans and Zipp valve stems (maybe some others). I have no reason to believe the…

Solves a frustrating problem

Adding sealant to a tire can be a chore; Either remove a bead and fill it in, or pour it (slowly) through the wand with the core extended. The first option is more time consuming and usually messier. And after that you need to reinstall the bus. The second option is cleaner, but the stem is so small that you need to pour 1 ml, let it "breathe” and repeat. I've tried all sorts of things. I even have a piping bag attachment to use as a funnel on tour. So slow. Very tiring. And there's no easy way

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Seller Communication

The tool looks well made but the hose will not go through the seal on many valve stems. For example, it goes through the metal part of Stan's Presta valves, but has trouble going through the rubber seal at the bottom, which is smaller in diameter than the metal. You might be able to push it through with enough pressure, but that will eventually damage the tube. At least the tube can be swapped out, and maybe one day Park will offer a smaller tube. It seems like it can add sealant, but it can't…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Plenty of material
