This version doesn't have night vision but the picture quality is really good and I'm happy with it, besides it's very cheap! Use it on my 16 jeep wrangler with a extreme terrain raxiom mount. Perfect for this setup!

Everything you need for installation is included. Excellent quality picture. I used the included drill bit to drill a hole in the license plate. Plenty of combo video/power cables to connect to the dashboard monitor. I connected the camera and monitor to the reverse light circuit at the back of the car with the cable that came with it. Don't worry about propping something up now that I've flipped it.

My sunroof on my 300ZX stopped working from the outside with the key. I ended up removing the key cylinder and installing this rear view camera in its place. Fits perfectly! The only annoying part I had to deal with was adjusting the camera to make sure the picture was perfectly flat (and right side up). Camera quality is above average for the $15 price point. I'll probably buy another one or two. I really liked this project!

I am very happy with this product, it was very easy to install just in case people with little knowledge, the video cable comes with a little red cable. The guy is connected to the radio and the little red wire goes to the reverse wire on the main unit to tell it when it visits the back and the other side and is connected to the camera and this red wire is along with the reverse power wire connected wire and boom done :)

Was a bit concerned at first: firstly that I would have to drill the car open and secondly that I would do serious damage to the $10 product lol but I digress. .The quality of the camera is much sharper than the previous one (although this one had night vision, so there's definitely a trade-off in that regard). I connect this to a Sony XAV-AX1000 and everything works fine. The image quality could be better, but it's enough to see what's going on behind it. The resolution is a bit low so everything looks fuzzy on my screen. I didn't do extensive testing at night, but it was fine for my garage at night. I wish I had known the field of view better before installing it. I would suggest mounting it to your TV and a 12V power supply and trying different positions before drilling a mounting hole.
