To be honest I wanted a quick and easy velcro to manage power cords, cables etc. I couldn't decide this one and the Velcro one - so I just bought both. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I think it's easier since I don't have to thread the velcro through the hole first - and I like that they're on strips. The other is on a perforated roll and really doesn't split that easily. With four monitors, pc, mini pc, laptop, speakers, printer, lamp, mini fan etc. I needed to organize my cables. I originally started with zip ties that I stowed away, but quickly realized I needed something I could adjust as needed.
