This has been an excellent experience overall, especially having flexibility and professionalism

I like that it gives me options for different types of legal work so i can specialize in my area if needed or just switch back up if need be. It also allows you have access from multiple locations which helps with time difference issues. The cost seems high compared to other online services we've used but there are some benefits such as easy accessibility at all times regardless where your located. If your looking into this service go through any free trial they offer before purchasing because

  • Availability 24 hours per day 7 days weekly (or more)
  • Available anytime no long term contract requirement
  • Great customer support team, accessible when convenient during business hour's via phone calls etc.and emails.
  • Very secure data encryption is always performed properly by software engineers who know how best security should occur..I really appreciate having great tech gurus overseeing every detail related about our client information

Very good customer service and great attention to detail

I worked with them in 2015 when they were handling my family estate after it was probated by another firm that had messed up royally (we found out later). The team at this office has been nothing but professional from start-stop during all phases - both legal issues, but also getting me appointed for an inheritance tax hearing before Canada Revenue Agency! This experience led us back into working together again last year around some other business matters where we are now colleagues once more.

  • Professionalism combined to great value pricing structure as well good support network if required within law firms across various practice areas; not just litigation or corporate work either.
  • Great service delivery even outside regular hours / weekends too ; )
