Type of review

This is the worst thing I've ever tried in my life. After a month of using this serum, my pigmentation all over my face has increased so quickly. Don't be fooled like me by these good reviews and don't buy this rubbish. Don't waste your money and time getting your face dirty and stained. I only had two spots on my face, now I have a lot of them after using that stupid serum. I can rate this product below zero if I may😞

Ingredients to note

We're glad the developers at Paula's Choice list all the ingredients here because "86% agree skin tone looks more even" isn't what the company calls a "clinical" study explains the company relies on a "consumer self-assessment" that can only be relied upon in a blind study. However, this repair serum is hilariously packaged and contains common humectants like glycerin, as well as valuable vitamin B. A preservative, just as an aside, below To note on the ingredients list: Phenoxyethanol Eczema…

Not for my skin For treatments and masks

Bought because of rave reviews. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I thought this would be the answer. It made my skin break out badly. I thought it might be the combination of products I was using, so I ruled out everything but the detergent and tried again. Same results every time. For the price I expected better.

Works great so far

It works well. I feel like my skin is new. My redness is gone. my skin is so soft I use Neutrogena's Gentle Cleansing Facial Wash - unscented. Followed by FAB Wild Oat Tonic. Then the choice of Paul. Finally, the clinical choice of discoloration is Vanya's daily moisturizer. I am 61 years old. It's a little pricey for me, but oh my god it works!

It works out. - Serums

I have been using Paula's Choice products for over twenty years. I finally decided to address the brown spots on the sides of my face. I followed the directions and the stains on one side are definitely gone. I usually apply the product to this side first, so I try to start applying my "doll" on the other side. It's odorless (not beneficial to me) and doesn't irritate my skin like more than a 1% BHA product can.

A Key Ingredient

We're glad the developers at Paula's Choice list all the ingredients here, as "86% agree skin tone looks more even" - not what the company calls a "clinical" study designated. As explained, the company relies on a "consumer self-assessment" that can only be considered reliable in a blind study. This repairing serum is funnily packaged, though, and includes the usual humectants like glycerin along with a decent B vitamin. One preservative at the end of the ingredients list to note…
