I only used a 2 way airflow diffuser but it works great with my CO2 lines. A small amount of CO2 is likely to be lost, but no leaks have been detected. Both levers work well and override the 50psi pressure from my CO2 regulator. I was particularly expecting the rubber cap to leak, but it seems to be holding up well. My second is a 10 gallon that I put in the living room specifically for 2 goldfish. My third is a 3 gallon that I put in my daughter's room for beta testing. Update: I removed this star a month later. Although it is durable, attaching and detaching standard sized aquarium hoses is really problematic. Basically I had to cut the tubing to get it off the valve. Don't rely on recycling short tubes as you will have to cut more to remove them. On the plus side, this offers constant customization.
