I only used a 2 way airflow diffuser but it works great with my CO2 lines. A small amount of CO2 is likely to be lost, but no leaks have been detected. Both levers work well and override the 50psi pressure from my CO2 regulator. I was particularly expecting the rubber cap to leak, but it seems to be holding up well. The suction cup holders work well and are a nice bonus. The product description says 6 suction cups but I only received 4 and the photo only shows 4 so I believe this is a typo. Get a similar tube. I would recommend boiling a mug of water in the microwave and then holding the end (about the last inch or so) of the tube in the water for about 30 seconds. The hose becomes very flexible and can be tightened very easily. Depending on the handset, this may not be required (or recommended).
