TERRIBLE PRODUCT! - Aquarium Pumps and Filters

This item is said to produce 16 liters per minute - In fact it produces about 1.2 liters per minute - HIGH! Low even less! I agree that the unit is quiet, but that's because it doesn't produce air! The device claims to come with a 4-port adapter, but it doesn't! It is shown in several photos and even several times in the description, but when you receive the device it is not included and does not appear in the instructions or in the photos on the box. Basically a TERRIBLE BLOCK!

Not the quietest, but certainly powerful

This is a very powerful pump, but not as quiet as we would like. Once a day you have to pick it up and move it a little to find a happy medium. I have two of these and they can pump a lot of air into the tank. I don't even use the high power setting as it's way too much air for my needs. I was looking for a super quiet pump as there is a tank in my bedroom but now I use a timer on this pump to turn the air on and off. Well worth the money, especially if you are not bothered by the noise.

It's really quiet!

I was very skeptical because I bought so many of these pumps that weren't that quiet. My husband hates listening to my aquariums. I have 3 different smaller tanks going right now and he can't hear them! He is much happier with this pump than others I have purchased in the past. Now I'm thinking about buying some more parts to replace the existing ones. The only reason I gave Easy to use 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it had a dual outlet like some other pumps of similar performance. I…

Machined Metal Inside Diaphragm Housing

I have had this pump for almost exactly a year and have used it very little in that time. In the last month it started making noise so I decided to hack the case and figure out what the problem was. At first everything looked fine, the diaphragms were in decent condition BUT inside the casing where the pump works I noticed freely moving metal shavings, obviously from the factory holes that were cut for the screws because they were never finished . Just a hard, carelessly drilled hole with…
