Damaged poor packaging

This was a nice upgrade for our gsd who liked to chew up plastic trays! Biggest issue with this was the fact it cane damaged bars bent up and tray bent up! I don’t have time to tear back apart and ship back so I’ll make it work if you could do anything different it would be to package such a heavy item better!

Happy about this one.

My dog is a master escape artist. We've had this about 2 months and he has not figured out how to get out. It arrived on time, nicely packaged but the tray was cracked. We glued it together but he tore that up by the second day. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the part if I could give the part number. I could not find the part number which was on the instructions. We recycled it. So they issued a partial refund. We replaced the tray on our own and have not had one other…

Great deal: my feedback

liked it a lot well built but it got bent in shipping wish they would pack it better.Would have gave 5 star if it had int got bent in shipping I bent it back (all good)

Anxiety/ escape artist/ big boy

I did have to add extra reinforcement (I used bone locks.4) but my separation anxiety escape artist pit, has not gotten out. Even better he has not hurt himself trying.When we're got him he ate through a cage then through a wall the doorframe and the door. It did not stop there, he then destroyed the blinds trying to find me and when he couldn't ate my my couch and lovseat

Unfinished product good for me

Very disappointing. My dog let himself out the first day. The latches are not very sturdy. The trays do not lock into place. Dog slid them out and broke bottom tray on the second day. It’s a nice idea but a few design flaws.

This crate is very easy to set up. VERY sturdy and perfect for sharpei size.

The only thing I would change is the locking mechanism. My dog is able to hit the lock just right with his paw and release the lock very easily. So if this could be fixed I'd rate it a 5 star. But I gave it 4 because the locks could be better.

Could use a little update on latches

Love the kennel, but the latches on it are very flimsy and my dog was able to break out if it within an hour. We frame up with a solution for it and it works fantastic! Highly recommend for dogs with high separation anxiety and darn Houdini’s 🤣

Sturdy and Roomy best in my review

My little escape artist can not get out of this one. Can't move it either. Best purchase I have made for my 2 yr old Bull Terrier.

Easy to put together. No bent bars. Sturdy and is roomy. It’s a win for us! We love it and will purchase a bigger one when she needs it.

Great cage! good for me

I have a chocolate lab that likes to break cages and escape! We bought this bad boy and at first he didn't want anything to do with the cage. We went and got him a bed to lay on the bottom of it so it wouldn't hurt the pads of his paws and now he will go into it willingly. Now to see if it will actually hold this little escape artist.

Dont waste your money

Your puppy can move the bar that keeps the tray and flooring in the crate. my 10 week old puppy can push the wire floor and crate out of the crate. I've tightened the bar as tight as I can and he can still push it down with his paw. Still have a mess when I get home

Can't beat this deal

Just Wow! I've spent more money on flimsy collapsible wire cages. The build quality is outstanding, it can quick, and I don't have to worry about my boys just pushing the gate apart with their hard heads.Definitely will recommend
