My dog is a master escape artist. We've had this about 2 months and he has not figured out how to get out. It arrived on time, nicely packaged but the tray was cracked. We glued it together but he tore that up by the second day. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the part if I could give the part number. I could not find the part number which was on the instructions. We recycled it. So they issued a partial refund. We replaced the tray on our own and have not had one other issue.
