This is a very cute design and for the price I thought it was a bargain so bought it for my 6 month old baby. Well, she's been wearing it for less than a month and the clip on the collar is already broken. The only good thing is that it's broken (if that makes sense) so it won't come off. Bought for a short haired tea chihuahua. On the side adjacent to the dog's skin/hair, the threads and webbing of the scales are prickly to the touch. It would be a hit if the lining was sewn in these places. I do not recommend this product. I haven't come back. It can only be used for short periods of time - for example when traveling to the vet when a collar or harness is needed to make handling a pet easier. Great fit. We have an odd shaped mongrel that's pretty hard to come by. She is small but has a very broad chest and thick neck. The collar was big enough and there wasn't much room left. The tourniquet had to be completely undone on both sides, but it fits very well this way. Our only complaint would be that it's prickly. The leopard print fabric feels quite stiff. Suki doesn't seem to mind, and considering the whole set was so cheap we can't really complain about that. It suits her super cute,
