Clear molding made of high quality thick plastic. The colors are bright and uniform. When I saw other fonts made from replicas of the same mold and horribly bad, it exceeded my expectations. The only notable downside is that the mounting surface barely gets in the way of the Bixby button when mounting the Galaxy S9, but I've never had trouble writing something to fix a simple mistake.
